HI '94 FD :: A Work In Progress

I just recently got my '94 FD with only 26,700 original miles. Being as it had such low miles it was stored for a while *luckily I talked with the owner, only had a pinch above E with fuel stabilizer in it when I bought her*. So I did some searching, some reading, some more of each and came up with a preliminary list of things I want to do as precautionary / reliability mods. I am seeking DIY's or any info someone might have about any of these said mods.

Get Recalls Warrantied (All 3)
Replace Windshield Wipers
Clean / Lube Antenna
Down Pipe (HKS ~900)
Cold Air Intake (Mod Stock?)
Boost / Air Fuel? / Water Temp Guages
AST Replacement
Disable EGR Valve
Replace Radiator
Replace Intercooler (Single Turbo Kit?)
Replace All Hoses
Replace Fuel Filter
Replace Oil (20w50)
Replace Oil Filter
Replace Transmission Fluid (Redline)
Replace Differential Fluid (Redline)
Replace Brake Fluid (Bleed)
Replace Coolant (Flush)
Replace Power Steering Fluid
Replace R134a (Recharge)

I am currently trying to flush the coolant and when i run the car i get a hot engine everytime, after maybe 6 minutes the engine skyrocets towards overheating so I shut her off immediately its actually starting to scare me!

I took a wild guess and said my water/antifreeze ratio was off so I went and bought prestone 50/50 and reflushed and refilled with 50/50 and all was well.
