Is it possible to swap the entire dash and passenger airbag cover to the newer version? I just prefer the look of the newer ones.

I dont see why not. The chassis is identical, so the dash mounts should be.

That would be great. I wasn't sure cause sorry for being a newbie but I thought it would be a little different since they had so many upgrades or changes for the 94&95 FD

Wiring is different from 93 to 94+ because of the passenger side airbag. Wiring is even different for auto vs manual, glass sunroof vs regular etc... Lot's of variables here.

You can swap a 94+ dash into a 93 car however there will be some obstacles. The 94+ metal rebar is different and it may be easier to swap a complete 94+ assembly in rather then try to use the 94+ dash cover on an older 93 rebar. You will need a 94 glove box. I believe the glove box light is also different thus you would need to splice a 94 bulb connector onto your 93 harness. I do not recall if the vents & ducts are any different and or any of the climate control connectors etc... You may need to mix and match parts.

They are similar enough so you can make this work, just be prepared for small issues like I mentioned above.

Any ideas on where to get either dash?
I’m looking for an entire dash for my FD chassis.

by the metal rebar, are you referring to this?.. I’ve been looking for interior pieces for my car for a while. I never even thought about looking for the parts from a newer car. And they also seem available!

That is the metal rebar I am referring to. The 93 are different from 94/95.

Wouldn't the airbag need to be hooked up somehow to a control system for it?

Yes, how would one go about making that passenger airbag work in case it is needed to?
Probably need the 94 airbag module too?

This swap isn't going to be cheap. You'll need a complete dash assembly with the wiring harness at a minimum and the '94+ airbag module too.
