'93 FD3S Help

Hello all, today I was driving home from work and I stopped at a stop sign, waited for a bit started to release my clutch and all of of sudden something popped and my car died. I started it....barely ran and it was sputtering and now I can't get it started. It has a 123000 kilometers on it, I've kept up on maintanence on this car, and have no idea what happened. This is my first 7 and just know a little bit about them but not a whole lot when it comes to problems and troubleshooting. I am in need of help. Thank you for your time.

Open the hood and on the firewall just aft of the throttle-body you should see a black sensor mounted with an electrical connector on one end and labeled "sensor boost". There also should be a single vacuum line running to the sensor from a vacuum port on the driver's side of the upper intake manifold. Make sure that vacuum line is attached at both ends.
If that doesn't make any difference I also recommend a simple compression check on both rotors. Look for three equal pulses on each rotor hopefully reaching at least 6.5 bar or so.
