93 FD High RPM Lose of Power

Have a 1993 FD full JDM swap. No emissions at all. Full exhaust and intake. Re amemiya chipped ecu for a jdm engine. good for 16 psi. Car sat about a month waiting for new clutch, was running fine before. once i installed clutch and broke it in it felt like i was losing power once the secondary turbo came online. it seems to misfire and drag and will not break traction like before. Vacuum is at around 12-13 inhg at idle high and fluctuating at 1100-1250rpm was about 20inhg at 900 rpm before. boost pattern is still the same as before 10-8-13 psi. Can anybody lead me in the right direction. Ive wasted 6 cans of brake cleaner looking for a vacuum leak with no luck. and both ecus i have produce the same result.

Not certain what you're experiencing. Even though you think you have a re-flashed ECU that's safe for 16 psi, the fuel system sure isn't. I think 13 psi is getting close.. Regardless, 16 psi is way out of the efficiency range of the stock twins. Oh, and you're also risking boost creep beyond that with a totally opened exhaust.
Have you done any research on that ECU? Speculation only, but at transition the stock twins tend to spike a little and it may be enough to trigger fuel cut.
