91 S5 convertible FPD problem

hey guys was just wondering if anyone knew a way to remove the FPD(fuel pulsation dampner) on a S5 cause i took the entire intake off just to try and remove it and found it was connected to the fuel rail. any answers?

You need to replace the rail.
