91 conv won't start

91 conv won't start
This car has sat for 2 years as I have been out of the country. Now back in the staes and the car won't start? I think it is the fuel pump. It turns over just fine and has new plugs. How do I check if it is getting any fuel? And if it is not getting any fuel, how do I check to where the problem lies?
