Your window switches are probably in need of a cleaning. The stock switch setup doesn't use relays, so the switches carry too much current. Carefully pop up the driver-side switch and unplug it, now undo the 3 screws on the back, while holding it together. Flip it right-side-up and remove the top. There are 4 copper pieces that rock back and forth when you move the switches, and a 5th one that switches passenger-side power on/off. Be careful not to lose them and note which way they sit. Clean off the contacts with some contact cleaner or polish them with scotchbite, put it back together, and it should work again. If not, you could need new switches, window motors, or there is a problem with the wiring.

I used a pencil eraser instead of scotchbrite and it worked great. Just get the black stuff off.
I didn't use/have d-grease.
Be careful with the contact cleaner, it can mess up the look of the plastic. Turns it from glossy to crappy. Want to take a guess as to how I know?
