90 n/a to 91 t2 swap wont start
hi guys here's my problem i got a 90 n/a and i'm puting a turbo jspec swap and i got fuel and spark but can't seem to get it to start and have ran out of ideas can some one give me some input thanks

Can you give more details about the swap? Did you swap over all the TII stuff? North American or j-spec ECU?
It may just be flooded.
Is the CAS stabbed correctly?
