90 FC3S need your help!

Hi guys! My name is Sergey. I from Russia, and in my country no one can help in my problem. So in order:
My car is JDM FC3S GT-X 1990 AT (now MT). Last year we rebuild my 13BT. We make bridgeport, installed mechanical transmission, removed OMP (my Oil Metring Pomp is electrical controll). End i remove little electrical box (written .....AT......) near foot passenger (near ECU).
End we start engine. it runs unstable. 3000 rpm is max for it. We have another FC3S, and replace all attachments to my car (turbo\ecu\intake..all) It did not help. I took my OMP and connect the chips. End motor will function normally. Some news) : gone the speed limit and shifted rev limit. I was delighted, but as it turned out early)
For the past year, as I ride in this configuration. The problem:
Every 15 min my engine starts roughly, RPM drop, ECU begins to pour petrol in large quantities. I fink my ECU goes into "return home" mode. But when i restart engine (now i did not even stop) motor is working fine again.
I already can not stand this 15 min restsrting. It's pretty dangerous when overtaking.
If anyone have this problem before, or know somthing about my problem, I'll be glad to hear your advice guys! And of course excuse my bad English.

Thanks in advance!

The S5 ECU must see the metering oil pump or it goes into limp mode. So either plug the pump back in, or convert to a full standalone.

I'd recommend the standalone approach since you bridgeported the engine. You'll be upgrading the turbo anyway now, and the stock ECU will run a bridgeport VERY, VERY poorly.

I understand correctly that there is no third option? And I can not in any way for another trick my ECU? If so have restarting & restarting) has not gained at the standalone ECU. TNX!
