PR 89 RX7 Wont Start After rebuild Engine. (With Vídeo link)

Hello to all of you!

I'm From Portugal and I have a strange problem with an 89' RX7.

Well, the car was stopped for 4 years until I can repair It, now a new rebuilt engine was mounted and all of the connectors checked. The "only" problem is the car Wont Start. I have tried and checked for all connectors sprayed and nothing... He wants to start but something is wrong.
I have made a vídeo with the car trying to start and in that video you can see a test I did to the plugs. I don't know what to do more and the local dealer is crap. anyone had this problem before?
Here is the vídeo:

Check for fuel. If there is fuel do the de flood procedures.

If you used new apex seals and old housings it will be a rough start until its broken in.

You may need to play around with the throttle to get it to start.

Question

Hello, Its not Flooded, I even take the spark plugs out and cleaned Them. Fuel lines crossed is more likely to happen... Can anyone put a pic os a scheme for that? Without the sparks in the place and starting the engine, gasoline comes out the holes.

The starter engine I think it has revealed the strongest part of the car... I am trying this for 4 or 5 days.
