when i go out in the morning it starts right up , idles at 3000 rpm and slowly comes down while warming up , but after i run it for 30 minutes and turn it off it wont start back up very good at all , takes quite a few tries to get it start back up , i though it was the battery because when i jumped it it started right up so i had the battery checked out and it was fine , i noticed that when i step on the brake pedal the rpms go down , could this be an electral issue ?

Sounds like your issue is going to revolve around a flooding injector(s) as the cause. They need to be serviced.
