Stock Engine.
Hello,
Nothing serious, more out of curiosity.
During a cold start, the car starts fine. I let it warm up and off I go.
I would let it idle for a min or so before turn off the engine.
When I come back to the car (30min to 1hr) sometimes it doesn't want to start.
I would have to try a few times before it works.
It sounds like it is trying but it won't hold the idle and it just die.
I has always happen since I got the car. Two years afterward I have replaced the sparks. Still the same problem.
Thanks.

Fuel filter replacement( both of them,One in teh tank and the other under the car)
Get the injectors serviced/cleaned.Professionally not the Ktel Can of Crap deal.
and check the Water-thermo sensor on the back of the water pump to make sure it is connected.
test it too, just to see if is in spec.If that is out of whack you get HOT start problems.

Yep!..there is what is called a "fuel Sock" on the bottom of the Pump.Pump of course is IN the tank.
If fuel sits a long time and crap/rust/debris gets tossed around,it clogs the sock and can play funny things with the performance of the car.
One of the best "tricks" that it does is that it will Cut Fuel when turning in ONE specific Direction..I think LEFT..(or right..lol!)!..
That is why it is recommended to change the filters when you buy a used FC(especially),along with a good tune up,oil filter plugs etc..It is maintenance and piece of mind.
