i tested the starter and it passed and put new spark plugs in and a new battery and i took the egi fuse out to unflood it but still nothin. All it does is make on click noise thats it. Any ideas? anything will help

 

Does the starter spin at all, or do you only hear the solenoid click every time you turn the key? I'm not seeing what flooding and spark plugs have to do with it, if that's the case. If the starter won't spin, the ignition switch or the wiring from it to the starter may be to blame.

With the car out of gear, jack it up and bridge the small signal wire connection (on the starter solenoid) with the (+) battery cable's terminal. If the start spins, the problem is further up the chain. I'll say it again too: do this ONLY with the car out of gear, or you'll run yourself over.
