AZ 88 FC question

I'm buying an 88 S4 N/A FC that doesn't have headers or exhaust, and it's also had the driver's seat taken out because it was a Corbeau racing seat. This sounds like a dumb question, but can you take the front passenger seat and bracket and bolt it into the driver's side to have a driver's seat? Or should I just try to find one in a junkyard? I'm trying to make my spending budget as low as possible for now.

Also what needs to be done to connect an S5 Turbo II exhaust to an S4 N/A engine?

You can't use a passenger seat (or its brackets) on the driver's side. The seats are mirror images, and the brackets bolt differently to the transmission tunnel. Junkyard or find some local in the classifieds.

Everything from the main catalytic converter to the mufflers can be interchanged on 2nd gens. You'll need a header or stock exhaust manifold + precats to attach.
