88 fc .. Fuel cutoff still flooding issues

Okay so i recently purchased my fc in aug n everything was fine until i let the car sit for about 3 weeks in oct. & of course when i went to drive the car i had to unflood it ( at the same time i got new spark plugs & battery ) but the problem is ever since that time if i let the car sit just one day it would flood , which is weird ! I installed a fuel cutoff the correct way , & i turn off the car using it & even that doesn't stop it ! What i also found weird is how mostly everyone that does the kill will turn the car on with the switch off & then switch it real quick to on to keep the car running ... Well my car doesn't do that ( only did it twice ) i have to turn it on before anything !

The car was supposbly rebuilt 50xxx miles ago so compression should be good tho i haven't tested it . but still i really cant understand why its flooding after one day of sitting if it never did before oct

A few thoughts: 1) we could use some info on how your fuel cut off is set up. 2) just because the pressure on the system has been removed, does not mean that the fuel system has been purged. There could be enough fuel left in fuel rails to leak into the engine through a faulty injector that doesnt close all the way and cause an engine flood. 3) I would run the engine for a bit and then cut fuel. Then wait different incriments of time before restarting. If persay you wait 1 minute before restarting the car and consistantly get no flood, but wait an hour before restarting and DO get a flood, that info could tell you alot.

Have your injectors professionally cleaned and tested.

No they haven't & i dont doubt they need to be sent out to get cleaned ether but whts troubling me is why did it happen after the car sit for three weeks n not before , idk maybe im over thinking it & my car sitting for that long just messed up the injectors more ..

But i made the cutoff on the fuel main relay under the dash ! I believe it was the black n white wire i cut
