87 turbo 2 what are these plugs

Hey guys, new to these sweet pistonless cars but lookimg fwd to learning from the forum! So i just picked up a completly stock 87 turbo 2. Was told car ran then was parked for awhile then wouldnt start. The people i bought i from didnt appear to know much it but i can tell theyve messed with it a bit trying to get it started.... couple of intake clamps loose and looks like theyve pullled intercooler at some point. Havent had a chance to get into it much but looking around the engine bay theres a few wire connectors with nothing plugged into them. First a single white plug under master cylinder, two white plugs by fuse block, and then 2 green plugs on driver front by coil pack. Also on that front coil pack there is a single wire plug that comes out of coil pack and goes to nothing. Any help identifying if these should be plugged into something or what they are for would be greatly appreciated!

green ones are diagnostic so they do not hook up to anything physical.
Front coil single wire is a tach signal..(not usually hooked up,more or less a diagnostic as the Real Tach signal comes off the Trailing coil, near the brake booster.)

Don't know if it helps but you can gaze at the Factory service manuals/parts manuals at Foxed.ca.
Most TII engines I had,I took the crap off and was basically a bare keg with just intake,Throttle body,exhaust/turbo..etc sort of thing,..sorry.

Yeah that solenoid is AWS accelerated warmup something. Raises rpm to decrease time to warm up catalytic converters. Did not come on jdm engines. Came on usdm but unsure if it came on European models
