i attached a photo of the 4 barrel intake caddy im pretty sure stock was a 3 barrel, just bought the car from a guy, was his project car, not sure where to go from there ie. what carb. do i need to get?
would it be easier to just go back to 3 brrl?

well for starters those were originally FI, no 3 barrel. for that intake u'll need a holley or edelbrock 4 barrel carb. if it's still got the stock fuel pump, u'll need a regulator to bring down the pressure.

would a S5 89-91 NA 13B INTAKE MANIFOLD SYSTEM off of a 1991 work? it has the complete fuel injection system with it.

 

It might be a little more expensive, but it would seem like it might be easier to just get a motor to replace it with. Sorting out someone else's project is always a pain.
