I have an 86 that has an idle problem but it is not consistent. Upon start up it idles fine for 30 seconds to a minute. It will then intermittently idle up and down, sounding like it is starving for fuel or air and then idle fine. After it warms up, it sounds like it is struggling to maintain a good idle. If you engage the clutch, the idle returns to normal whether it is cold or warm. I have searched the forums but have not found an idle problem that matches this one. Any ideas?
