79 rx7 motor bay help

what are these thing and what do they do. I'm not that smart with cars

The biggest box closest to the firewall is the voltage regulator for the alt. The other two are relays for the ignition system(I think).

OK think you. one more question would any of the box's make the fuel pump not to work?

No, the fuel pump gets it's power from the fuse box under the dash.
