70mm turbo .68 vs 1.0 a/r? also divided questions?
for stock 13b fd no ports which would be a better option.
does the .68 really choke the engine?
goal is 450whp with fastest spool/street use. under 20psi if possible.
I was considering the .68 for faster spool time but i was reading something about it possibly choking the engine? Im not familiar with rotary so im confused as how this would be when ive used that same on a bigger engine(piston though)
Ive read that a 1.0 is a better match?
also a question about divided manifold. does a divided have to run two wastegate to get the benefits of lower spool time?
Ive noticed that whats available seems to only use a single wastegate. im thinking a single 38mm wastegate.
or do you need two waste gate for it to actually lower spool?
I can modify one so it runs two wastegate.
my only concern is possible unevenness in boost, same spring could possible produce 1+ psi difference. Which means two different boost between the two rotor
specs on turbo
intake
inducer 70mm
exducer 94mm
4" intlet
2.5" outlet
exhaust
3" outlet
inducer 64.5
exducer unknown(no spec) ill have to measure when i buy it.
