4 years of sitting

Alright so I have a 91 rx7 NA. It has been sitting in the same spot for the past 4 years I trade some things to the original owner that bought it back in 91 and towed it over to my house. Well I found this site saying what you should do to get you rx7 started when it has been improperly stored ( http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/unstore.htm). The women said she parked it in the drive way after buying a new Protege. There was nothing wrong when it was parked it ran fine and everything she just wanted a update from the FC. Well I drained the little bit of gas that was in the tank. The gas was a yellow orange color really close to the color of beer. Replaced the air filter where a ground squirrel decided to make his home at. Did a oil change and replaced the fuel filter. Tomorrow the new NGK plugs I ordered will be coming in. Advanced ordered me 4 lower plugs even though I asked them for 2 lower and 2 upper. (not sure if the lower and upper ones make a difference but I had them change it and order me the correct ones.) I put oil in the spark plug holes but I haven't turned the engine over by hand yet. Is the park really necessary? Tomorrow I will be trying to turn it over and hopefully it starts.

Cliff notes:
91 NA rx7 sat for 4 years same spot
nothing wrong before it was parked
did all normal maintenance to the car
drained the old gas out
put oil in spark plug holes

Question is is it neccesary to turn the engine over by hand and and more oil in the spark plug holes and then turn the engine over by hand again and repeat till im satisfied with the inside being lubricated?

Check the fuel filter. You have covered spark and air already.

Ok..Now,the car has been sittin for awhile. Here: change the plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter,Drain old gas and put new gas in.( a good idea would be to put a bottle on the line that goes to the Filter.(key on start,it should turn the pump on and Put NEW fuel into the line, and splash fuel into the bottle.Do so at your own risk)..Now,once that is Done, and you have Put the filter on and everything is secure,Put Oil into the housings(about a Milkshake straw FullX2) Into the lower plug holes.Put in the crappy plugs first and roll the engine over By either Hand or Bump it with the starter a couple revolutions..Once that is Done, the oil should have coated the Inner housing and it will build up the Compression for starting.OK,SO FAR??..good!,Lastly,you put the plugs in and makes sure that the wires are correct and the Fuses are good..Start it up!!!.(by the way,do not HIT the gas.It will suck fuel just fine.)..Good Luck.

I forgot to mention that I changed the fuel filter also.

I think I've figured it out. The fule pump dones't even prime. I pulled the hose that goes from the fuel pump to the fuel filter and to see if it primes at all because I had a feeling that I wasn't getting any fuel at all. Turns out the fuel pump is bad I guess won't prime at all even when I jump the yellow connector with a paper clip. We will see I'll change the fuel bump when I get my paycheck and I'll let everyone know if it fixed the problem or not lol

Yeah replaced it with another fuel pump out of a 88 it worked. Had to attempt to start the car a couple times and then it finally started after my sister said stop its not going to start lol. White smoke started to pour out everywhere like ******* crazy and it wouldn't stop let the engine warm up for like 10 mins smoke stopped. Went and drove the car the check engine light is on and it bucks at hard when you start to give it the gas more. I think its the TPS but ionno I'll get it checked, the clutch needs to be replace also in it. The light for the instrument gauges is really dim not sure whats causing it.
