3rd Gen Turbo Issue

I have what I suspect is a Turbo oil leak (too clean to be engine oil) but I can't pinpoint the location (showing up on the ground behind the engine around manual gearshift location. Today, I just noticed the Turbo gauge is registering very low (around 450mm/hg at idle) and below the zero line under moderate driving. Got it in positive territory at around 3200 rpm, but haven't tested it at higher rpm. Sounds and seems to run "normal" - what do we think's going on? phred

the turbos are on the passenger side of the engine. The only thing that contains gear oil around the gearshift area is the tranmission. although, oil leaking from the engine will spread out while being driven and collect on all surfaces behind the engine.

The engine oil is the same as the turbo oil so it will be the same color.
