3rd gen, poor idle and dies on start after motor pull

Okay
here are the aftermarket parts that are directly associated:
Power FC (base tune)
Reman Motor (ran fine before being pulled)
New Clutch + Lightweight Flywheel &Counterweight
Plugs & Wires changed less than 5k miles
Non Seq Turbos (also ran fine before being pulled)
Down pipe + stock cat + Tanabe Exhaust
Greddy FMIC
New battery

here's the problem: On cold starts the car will sometimes idle fine but most of the time it dies as soon as I finish turning it on. It revs up to 2k then will drop to 800 and then stalls out if I don't give it any gas. The car stalls any time I attempt to put the car into neutral as well and sometimes when I downshift from 2-1. After its warm (>85C on the pfc) it will idle at around 1.5k for 30-45sec before dropping back down to 1k and then occasionally will drop down to 800. When the motor is above 90C it will hunt for about 10-15sec. No stalling when its warm.

I've checked the TPS and it is within the specified range
Adjusted the dashpot so its just barely in contact
Adjusted the Airbleed screw 1/3 turn from closed
Checked MAP sensor connections
Re-ran idle learning process for PFC twice (set o2 closed to off)
Adjusted Clutch play (I thought at first it might be the clutch sticking)

I've been looking around trying to figure out what it could be on the forums but there are a plethora of possible solutions, all of them seeming vaguely similar to my problems but not exactly like them. So far it seems it could be:
Vac Leak (somewhere maybe?, I'm getting approx -460mmhg if i recall on startup)
Poor Ground wire
Faulty Fuel pump wiring (not running on start?)
Exhaust Leak
Cold Idle Adjustment
???
Fast Idle Adjust
Blown motor?

Anyone have any other suggestions or comments? I want to know if I'm on the right track or not. I'm really at my wits end, its making it extremely hard (and dangerous) to drive. Before installing the PFC it was hunting if the idle was below 1.3k Thanks ahead of time.
