550CC primaries and 720CC secondaries will get you 300 wheel HP. Any more and you'll need more ECU/injector.

I have no way of knowing because I don't know the specs of your turbo.

Post a good picture of the compressor housing, and one of the compressor wheel.

Id say you have a s5 turbo hiflowed proberly around 18 psi your car will be pretty snappy, i mean full boost at 5000rpm. 325 rwhp thats preety good.

Be very quick off the mark that is for sure, make sure ya get a good fuel pump and reg to mate so it dont run short on fuel and a surge tank to.

Based on? All the OP said is that the turbo is bigger than stock. That could be anything from a simple compressor upgrade to a complete replacement turbo. Without knowing, no one can say what it is capable of and where/when it will make power.

I just picked up an S4 with a rebuilt street ported motor (rotary ressurrection) intake and catback + high flow cat and Rtek 1.7. Boost is at 5psi - owner told me that it was b/c he kept the stock wastegate...I'm assuming this setup would be good for about 10 psi boost? I'm thinking of upgrading to the Rtek 2.1. Suggestions?

Took a look at my turbo and its a M27 BC1 A/R.60 this what it says on the compressor housing. Atfer looking it up i found that a Garret M27 BC1 A/R.48 came off a Sabb but mines dont say Garret on the housing and its a A/R.60 so im not sure what turbo this is or where it came from, it has 8 double inducer blades and is internal gated any idea guys?

The poor shot of the exhaust manifold looks stock, so it's most likely a hybrid turbo (stock hotside + upgraded compressor). It appears to be a T04b wheel and cover, but it's not possible to say what size the wheel is. If you have a set of calipers you could try to get a rough estimate of width without taking the cover off. If it's a V-trim or H-trim wheel it would be approximately a 300-330whp turbo.

I have a V-trim hybrid turbo I'm building right now, and I'll be using an Rtek 2.1 and 720/880cc injectors. You'll have no head-room at all using only 550/720cc injectors if you use this turbo to its potential at up to 15 psi. You also won't have much of any timing correction from an Rtek 1.7 chip, but you wouldn't be the first person to risk it.

The id is 55mm and the od is 70mm its a T04B for sure so if u sayin I can get 300 to 330 out of this turbo would be great because thets the range I'm shooting for. Now with that said wat is the idea safe way to reach these number. Now I'm a college kid so my budget is kinda tight that's why I was thinkin of the 550/720 1.7rtek set up. I wanna do it the right way tho because this is my daily driver and I know I gotta pay to play
