2nd Gen Starting problem, please help

Hello All,

I am a new user to this site, I have owned my RX since 2004. Unfortunatley I havent been able to enjoy it in awhile and it is not starting for me. I have spent hours searching this site for insight but everyones starting problems seem to be different from mine. I am not pretending to be a mechanic but I know my way around a car and here are some of the facts.

87 TII 180k + on chassis ~75K on motor

It will crank but as far as I can tell there is no spark and the fuel pump is not running.

Main fuse is NOT blown

The car is modded,
Emissions removed,
rats nest removed
Rtek 2.0 ECU
Exhaust

So far I have checked all the connections at the ECU with the key in the on position, everything reads within the tolerance from the factory service manual. Other than that I dont even know where to start. Please any insight will be helpful, If I cannot get her started I am going to be forced to sell or scrap her

Thanks in Advance

Put the ignition in on position without crancking the car and listen if the fuel pump primes, if it does prime, then check all the primary injectors connections. If everything checks fine and the injectors seem to be unclogged, its time to check for the cars timing. Start there and see what happens.

First check the 15 amp Engine fuse located in the interior fuse box and then the 40 amp EGI INJ fuse in the engine fuse box. Make sure the Black/Yellow wire at the leading and trailing coil has battery voltage w/key to "on" as this wire powers the coils. Make sure the coils are bolted to the fender properly as this is how they are grounded.
