1st Gen Carb Parts Question
Hey all.
I got my car advertised as 99% complete, and it is. While replacing a intake manifold and rebuilding a carb, I found out at least a small part of the 1% that is missing.
It's the pivot nut that goes on the throttle, and the throttle return spring. An seemingly odd couple of parts to be missing (unless I am just one person in a huge underground crowd of people despritaly needing these parts, causing a black market to form where these parts are often stolen off of sitting RX7's)
Searches and the local dealership have been unable to produce these parts. Just curious if anyone here knows where these can be picked up, or if some sort of known substitutes exist. ( The substitues I have now kinda work, but I trust them about as far as I could comfortably blow up my back tires with my mouth).
Thanks!
