TX 1993 RX7 Knock Sensor, Houston, TX

Does anyone out there have experience with the removal and replacement of the 1993 RX7 Knock Sensor? If so, I would greatly appreciate the benefit of your knowledge and a description of your methodology for this exercise.

Jack the front of the car up and make it stable on jack-stands. From under the car, look up and just above the trailing (top) spark-plug in the front rotor housing and find the sensor that looks like this 93-95 Rx7 Knock Sensor (N3A1-18-921) . IIRC, it's easier to access from underneath with the engine in the car. You may find it necessary to remove the spark plug wire and possible the plug so it's not in your way. Follow the wire to the connector and unplug it. Then use the appropriate size wrench to unscrew it and replace. You could also consult the Factory Service Manual for tightening torque...but it won't be much. Downloadable versions available in the FAQ sticky in the 3rd Gen. Section or Google. Do not use any anti-seize.
