1990 mazda rx7 doesnt want to turn on aftee been shut off after like 20 min
Hi my name is Josh. Know little bit on working on RX7 but lately im having some issue with my 1990 Mazda rx7 . i have made a conversion from aoutomatic to manual. I have put in new radiator, thermostat, new spark plugs ngk and couple of other stuff that i cant remember. But my problem is that it turns on great and quick in the mornings no problem but during the day ill will drive it lets say for example from work to home lets say max it takes me 30 mins to get home but when i get home for example today i got home around 4:40pm went did what i had to do than i had to leave at 5:00pm and when i get into the car the car doesnt want to start ill here the starter and car turning over but i just doesnt star and that my problem and is really getting to me now
So i recently found a vacuum leak i fixed it but what i noticed that while working on the car to check what can be the problem i checked the watsr themosensor or engine coolant sensor right in the water pump and i left it unplgged by mistake and i drove it for a whole week and no problems it would start right up so i changed the sensor bought a new one and i though that would rwsolve it but no it didnt not fuel pump is good it has pressure need help im really getting frustated i love and i am a rotary fanatic all the way but its really getting to me now its a non turbo.

A normal piston engine tester is not going to be hugely accurate, but can give you a ballpark idea of what's going on. Essentially you're going hold down the pressure release or remove the schrader valve, and look for 3 even pulses per rotor. 3 pulses of 90 psi would be a good motor. 70 or less on any pulse and it's a rebuild, no way around it.

Leaky injectiors how do i check that. I have driven my car waited atleast an hour and cranked it when i went to crank it it wouldnt start all i hear is just the starter and gas odor so im guessing it got flooded and i took off the spark plugs to see if any of the injectiors were leaking
