slow window/sunroof/side mirrors

I picked up an FD recently and when I roll down either window or adjust side mirrors, they move very slowly. Side mirrors are temperamental on whether they'll move or not, sometimes taking a few seconds before moving. The sunroof needs to be nudged up initially, then it'll roll back.

I searched and read this thread: Cure for slow sunroof motor and power windows? - RX7Club.com and will certainly do a cleaning, but since the side mirror motors move slowly also (if at all), I think there may be an issue with the grounds noted in that thread. Noob question, but where are the "grounds," that should be looked at?

I believe there are grounds on the dash harness but have never looked or dealt with them. Stock engine grounds that I can recall off-hand:
1. Exhaust to chassis just aft of the cat
2. Engine to firewall near the engine hook, passenger (right) side rear of engine from the upper intake manifold.
3. Engine to chassis near the spark plugs.
You can also add your own supplemental grounds for the engine....Battery to Engine, Engine to Chassis, Chassis to Battery.

thanks for the prompt reply. I'll check it out this week when I put it on a lift and finish other installs/fluid changes

Not sure how much help it is to locate them while on the car, but FWIW I also found this......

great find, thanks again! I'll have to dissect all the diagrams and go through the index this week, but should be quite helpful since I like to visualize everything before I do it.
