1988 mazda rx7 questions

Hello im new to this website and to rx7s. i want to start my first project car (on my own, ive done about 4 project cars so far) and need help with some things. i found a 88 rx7 , w/o engine, for $400 and need advice with everything!!!
Where can i buy an engine Stock/performance
Whats the best Performance website
Anything else i will need

After you look here, I think E-Bay is the best place. There are some people who wreak a few RX's and put the parts up for sale there. Plus some RX stores there. Just search for RX7 parts.

Next is join as many RX based car clubs as you can,as OEM parts will Cut you a NEW A-hole...and when you are shitting money for the parts you don't want to have two holes showering money out!

You can buy an engine on this website, e bay, craigslist, local rotary shops if you have any, a junkyard. There are a lot places to find an engine if you look. There is no best performance website but Racing Beat and Mazdatrix happen to be good. Rotary Performance is good too. Look around and youll find what you are looking for. Look for rust and for missing parts other then the engine.
