MI 1988 Broken part on spark plug and different center electrode lengths

So I posted a thread a little bit ago having an issue with high rpm issues and the smell of gas. Can this be my issue?

Bottom front spark plug (broken part)-

The piece wont come out no matter how hard I shake it. I just going to get them all replaced tomorrow.

Also. Here is another possible issue.

this is the Bottom rear spark plug-

there is some kind of build up on it. Anyone have an idea what it can be from?

Also. Look at the center electrode's. Can you see how the spark plug that has the broken part is taller then the spark plug with debris? Is that suppose to be like that? You can't even see the bottom one.

How old are these plugs? The insulator is broken on the first one, and the electrode is worn down to nothing on the second.

Replace them immediately. They're long gone.

I was bored and misplaced my compression tester. I did this test while inspecting my spark plugs.

do a compression test before buying plugs may have damaged internals when they broke, if not just put plugs in it, it will run like new again
