1987 rx7 air/fuel problems

I have a 1987 mazda rx7 13b fuel injected
I bought the car thinking it needed a fuel pump, but the fuel pump just wasnt getting any power so we checked relays and they were all good, and then we bypassed the mass air flow sensor and the fuel system works just fine but the car still wont start
what next?

Yeah today we checked all the spark plugs and they all have spark
at about half throttle it acts like its trying to start but right now we are following the procedure for a flooded engine we took out one of the spark plugs and it was just like covered in gas so yeah
