If you are burning coolant, then the "seals" involved are the coolant o-rings that seal between the irons and housings. These seals wear out, crack, or the iron itself corrodes/cracks.

Unfortunately, the only way to replace these seals is to disassemble and rebuild the engine.

An entire engine gasket set, plus a set of apex, side, corner, oil seals. Plus depending on the age of the engine, you may also need main and rotor bearings.

Best to verify that you are actually burning coolant via a cooling system pressure test or the bubble test before you tear the engine down.
