13B-RE into fb ?

is it possible to put a 13B-RE into a fb using the custom mounts off the fc chasis

No the FC and FB do not mount in the same points.

You will have to make a new mount or modify the FC one.

Or put a 1st gen front cover on the RE and use a GSL-SE crossmember to mount it.
