13B engine rebuild recomendations
Hello - I am a long time RX 7 owner and currently have 2 1988 13B RX - 7s, GXL and convertable. I would like to drop re-built engines in both with a focus on increasing the HP for the GXL (somewhere just North of 400hp).
My question - what companies, from your experiance, provide a quality product, good advice and a resonable turnaround?
Any thoughts or recomendations would be greatly appreiciated - thank you!

first, welcome to the board. 
next, it might help you get more specific answers/suggestions if you say which state (and maybe a reference city if you're out in the sticks).
