12a Bridgeport Holley or Modded Nikki
Hi, I have a full cut 12a Bridgeport and had a Weber 48IDA on it but all the bucking and carrying on was too impractical for me. I then Modified the Nikki with angle venturis, ground throttle shaft all which I found what to do on here. After more power so I purchased a good 2 year old 465 Holley. But after reading more detail on here maybe the Holley is not worth the effort. If i could fine a Yaw or Sterling Nikki here in New Zealand I would just buy one of them. So question is, is it as hard to get a Holley working on a Rotary as it seems, is the fuel starvation on corners really that bad? Is there power gains to be had. It is a street driven car, not a daily driver at all but when I do get it out I like to give it a decent rev out off the rev counter. I have a wideband and get around 14.5 at idle and 12 3 at WOT. Appreciate your guys opinions as almost no one runs Holley's on Rotaries in New Zealand or Australia.

I actually own Rotaries

Holley works great when setup properly! I have been running them for years and I love them!

welcome to the board.
if i'm not mistaken, 465 is the one RB mods fora stock port 12A, so i agree that you're probably wasting your time if you're trying to upgrade from your modded NIkki. i'm not sure which one they use for bridges, but it might be worth your time to e-mail them and at least get some info, even if you don't end up purchasing from them (i will assume shipping to AUS might be prohibitive, but i don't know).
what i can say for sure is i've seen a few bridges with Holleys in my day, and they work, so go for it. you just need to get the right one.
