Big freakin' shot of nitrous oughtta do the trick.

I'd try shedding as much weight off that beast first, though, before applying the sweet bottle. All kidding aside, exhaust, exhaust, exhaust.

I'm a 1stgen guy, though, so let's see what the actual 2ndgen guru's have got to say.

What the heck are you doing with an NA 2nd gen in Japan? Japanese FCs come in their proper state in stock form: turbo.

Anyway, this thread should give you some inspiration: https://www.rx7club.com/time-slips-dyno-128/stockchassis-second-gen-non-turbo-runs-10-6%40130mph-844559/. Stripped down chassis, P-port, nitrous. It's going to be a more expensive route to take, and it won't be very streetable, but you can do it.

sry i forgot to mention that my car was in the states lol. i just heard a lot of negative talk about trying to turbo a stock n/a 13b and thats why i would rather just try to make it as quick as possible as a n/a. if anyone has some advice though on what it takes to turbo a n/a and how complicated/expensive it would be...i am all ears.

2nd gen FAQ, engines section. Lots of info on both TII swapping and building a 6-port turbo.

Frankly, if you are trying to hit 11's you will have a more driveable car for less money if you sold your car and bought one with turbo. Although I am saying this without knowing the price of FCs in Japan. To have a fast NA you will have to gut the car to reduce your weight as much as possible, then you will need to have a rebuilt motor with a heavy port job. At that point, you will probably have spent more money than a nice TII that has already been modded to have some decent power.
