Hi Guys,

I am experiencing a problem with primary boost
The primary only spools to 0.3bar.
I read through numerous post and have checked and replace:

Turbo pre control(the plastic nipple broke on the old one) and wastegate solenoid
y pipe with efini y pipe
check crv
all hoses and clamps
actuators and the rods
restrictor pills are in place
exhaust and turbo manifold is fine
turbine is still good (no oil nor damage fins nor shaft )
pressure chamber and vacuum chamber is good
Basically everything that has to do with the primary turbocharger, but still 0.3 bar
The secondary does the full boost pattern

The problem occurred after i did the hose job under the manifold, but i triple check with the hose diagram and every hose is in the right place.
The car does not smoke
No engine codes etc
It still goes fine, beside boost to 0.3 on primary

I have a 1992 FD efini type r manual, mods on the car are :
Blitz twin air intake
Full exhaust
Blitz Bov
Ecu which I thought was Redom was actually stock with the redom cover only
