Okay boys and girls, we’ve decided to move to a new location for our Friday night weekly meet. It’s still at Starbucks but it’s more middle of the way for the southsiders and the westenders. Also the new location is supposedly pretty dead around that time on Fridays. Below is the address, it’s the Starbucks on Huguenot Rd right by the Huguenot bridge.

I'll be there tonight in the Miata, since it's such nice weather, and I haven't finished redoing the FC's lights yet, and the FD's in the shop getting a new clutch

OK so this Friday (4/6) will be the first time I've rolled down there in my FC since December.
All I need to do is get all the plastic interior bits back on and she'll look good as before.

 

i tell myself every week that im going to come down but always get caught up in something else.. this week im really, really going to try and make it!

 

well this coming Friday the FD will be making an appearance

 

and I'll probably be the only 7 there, yet again......

 

I'll be up there later, but I don't get out of work til 9 at the earliest

 

I'll be there from 8 till late (11ish or whenever everyone leaves)

I'd love to come with my 85 GSL-SE, but I need a REAR!!! I will try to make it some time, but I beg of you not to laugh at me when I pull up in my MPV. (It does have the "Zoom, Zoom" sticker on the rear window...) Any suggestions for the Richmond/Charlottesville area for decent stock parts?

BTW- have an 85 GSL-SE on blocks---my organ donor. Some stuff off of it, but it has an engine with ~89,000 miles on it-took the throttle body for my baby, though. No rear-it took a hit, that's how it ended up in the grave yard--(also, no steering system---taken before I met her)---then MY yard.

 

I wouldn't worry about what car you roll up in, it's not a coolness contest, just people seriously interested in cars and real racing
