This Friday (5/1) if the weather is nice and the roads are dry I'll bring down the project car
if on the otherhand the roads are wet I'll bring the white FC.

Well, thanks Qpid for the confidence boost for my n/a! As for the toe situation, dont really know whats going on in the rear of my t2 vert. Whenever I hit a bump the rear end acts as if it wants to slide into the other lane. And dont get me started on driving it in the rain. One day driving it to work in the rain, I was going up broad st doing at the most 35 and I was fishtailing from the time I left home until I got to work. A friend told me he had the same problem on his fc, and it was the rear toe all out of whack...I dont have a clue...But until I get this situation fixed, whenever it rains the vert is out of commision.....

My apologies if you have said already, but what suspension do you have? Are you sure it is in good working order? I have ridden in a few cars with several, if not 4, locked shocks that did something very similar. Was scary and just plain dangerous to drive.

MY car Is an 88 fc convertible with a full turbo 2 swap. I am sure it isnt the shocks. They arent the best but I know they arent locked up or screwed up. I am saving up to get a complete bushing set for the car anyway.......So, I am going slowly over time fixing things on this car....

Well, I think they do...The t2 swap basically fit in the car with almost no modification. So, I guess it would work. How much do you want for the set???? If it doesnt work for the vert, I will use it for my n/a since I want to stop using it as my DD and more as an autocross/weekend track car..........

I would like to publicly thasnk Saavedro for his concern about the tailight being out, the thought is much appreciated.
I actually have the new bulled carrier and harness repair in the trunk, just haven't installed it yet, as I have some wire cutting and sodering to do which is kinda hard in the rain.
Anyway for future reference the E36 and newer (maybe even the E30's) will tell you if you have a bulb out and generally where on the car - if you have the trip computer it'll tell you exactly which bulb is out.....which can be very distracting in the middle of an autocross.
OH I should mention this to any of you FC guys who might go autocrossing, don't be alarmed if all the warning lights start going off during your run that just means you're doing it right - if even your oil warning doesn't come on you're not trying hard enough.

Im glad we got to talk, niburu...I was the one who spotted your tailight out, Saavedro was the only one in our little group who had your number....It was funny because I kept spotting people's car with lights out all night.........Regards to fc autocrossing, i know all too well about all the lights coming on in the idiot center....(need to stop taking on-ramps to the highway so fast......) Too bad it rained later on that night....Fortunately everyone stopped for me to put my top up.....
