Wash DC - Mazda Autocross (MAX) Sunday, Oct 2

You are cordially welcome to join us at our Mazda Autocross (MAX) event on Sunday, October 2. We average about 8 runs, the emphasis is on safety and loads of seat time behind the wheel. While competitive, the event is geared towards improving your autocross skill set by loads of practice time. An excellent prelude for Mazda's Zoom Zoom Live coming up. Yes, you can bring friends that don't drive Mazda's, although the majority of the participants are in Mazdas.

Sign up details, photos, videos, etc. posted at www.MSCW.com.

regards,
Dave

"Vice President - John Duff"

Hasn’t he done enough damage with the local Rx7 Community?

My name is Dave Nugent, I organize the autocrosses for the local Mazda club and track events for MazdaDrivers.com, along with many volunteers and participants I like to think we do a lot of good for the RX-7 community.

You sure do many good things for the locals, I have a few friends in the club, but didn’t renew when I found out who was the VP.

Great club, but serious problems having a suspect and an officer of the club.

Roy W. agreed with me about my issues and apologized for the problems I had for trusting JD's advice. I know I am one of several FD owners screwed over by John instance to avoid PFS.

Oh, P.S.: Ban me if you can’t let some express his opinion

Absolutely agree Dan. It takes alot of work to put on these events. They are always well run and fun. The weather will soon be turning cold, so sign up and enjoy while you can. BTW, you can come out just to watch also and see what it's all about.

The weather forecast looks great for Sunday. In the past we cranked out a minimum of six timed runs and usually several fun runs. Incorporating a few lessons learned we should be able to get in even more timed runs this time. There are twelve volunteer officers and coordinators and several hundred MSCW members that make things happen. Show up and have a good time. As Mark mentioned, you are welcome to attend and see what goes on.

Dave, I had hoped to get up and run this event. I have enjoyed the track events you put on, but I feel like I am an autocrosser first. But work has worked out so that I will not be able to get away, and on top of that I also have to figure out what is wrong with my car. It seem to fall flat on its face somewhere around 5K rpms.

I hope to make the next one.

We will miss you but with the Fall settling in you should have time to get your car in order. Hope it is an easy solution.
