Sorry if this is a re-post.. I saw it on the news this morning and the date on the site is fairly recent.

Virginia now has mobile smog vans that will be photo'ing your license plate and forcing you to go get re-tested for emissions.

That's some crap....I heard about this a while ago....it seems like the vans would be some what obvious from what i've seen from california. You could always turn off your car and coast by
