Hey guys. She's finally up running AND driving. Demetrios came up today. We connected my throttle body up and street tuned it for 10psi. (breakin the new motor in) It runs great. Amazing how much nicer the Tec 3 is to tune over the others. The car was rough in a few spots, a couple key stokes later, it was perfect. It was a long wait, but worth it. Have to give Demetrios props for the wiring and tuning. For the first time in 5months, I washed and waxed it too........lol.....Since it took so long to get it up and goin, Im not gonna race it for awhile. Just gonna enjoy it.

go to D&L in White Marsh...they're more reputable than any shop in Bel Air.

i CAN tell you that up until 1999 there were no shops in bel air to speak of...everyone went to D&L, because of D&L's reputation(and the fact that they'd been there for a LONG time by that point). their prices are pretty reasonable, and they get you out quickly. it took them under an hour to do my sedan.

I agree, D&L down on Rt 40 is premo. They have done 3 of my cars, just did my GTO in August.

(P.S. Don't fall for the pretty secretaries BS story trying to get you to buy the "police warranty". She'll tell you some Sheriff in Bel Air travels RT 24 specifically handing out tickets for tint. All she is doing is trying to get you to buy the insurance policy on their tint where they will take it off and put the legal limit on if you are busted. All three times I have had a car done there she gave me the same BS speal...over a 3 year period )

i didn't bother with the warranty, either, though my tint is slightly darker than legal.

From what I understand Big daddys is going to hold another car show next weekend in lieu of the crap *** weather last night. It's full of ... well bling bling civics and some muscle cars. ECOH 4x4 had their Bel Air and S-10 out there. But I think it would be neat to show up with some real import perfomance cars instead of a bunch of stickered up civics and s-10s. It's walking distance from my garage, so If you want to meet up here at my house and then ride over. I'm going to find out the specifics, entrance fee's to be in the show, etc.
