Turbo shop near Pittsurgh, PA

Does anybody know of a turbo shop near Pittsburgh that would be able to balance my stock HS18 trubo.

This is late, but the best place i know and trust is in Northern, VA (Tim's Turbos)

He has a website, he has a 100,000RPM balancing machine that only a hand full of shops in the US have access to! And he can do pretty much anything you can or want to do with any turbo!
