Everyone is always welcome to come hang out any these events. All you need to do is sign a waiver at the gate, there's no admission fee or anything. Bring a folding chair and a helmet (SNELL M or SA2000 minimum) and come chill, take pics, or get ride-alongs. Actually, I've never been to an SCCA PDX event before so I'm not sure what their policy is on that last point. Most organizations allow advanced drivers to take passengers though.

 

I won't be able to make it. Funds are a bit wiped out after the rebuild and I have an autocross that Sunday as well at FedEx Field.
