Time to admit I need help

I'm a pretty stubborn person when it comes to asking for help but after removing the engine from my FD not thinking about the fact that I'd eventually have to move the car outside the garage, I realized I left the windows down. Now I understand how to put power back through the wire harness but for whatever reason (I'm suspecting a ground somewhere) after about 2 months of toying with this thing, I can't get power to any accessories or the windows. I've decided that I suck I reading wiring diagrams because even with the help of it I still can't find the problem. Well now my HOA is getting on me about the windows because I currently have plastic covering the windows and they don't like the way it looks (neither do I really) so I need to get the windows up ASAP. If anyone is available to help out this weekend please let me know so I can get these damn windows up.

I've also got an FD motor to clean, and an FC motor to pour block weld in so there's plenty of stuff goin on over here. Might as well make a mini meet out of it. I have damn near a full set of tools, large air compressor, and a 50,000 btu propane heater for the garage if it doesn't warm up like its supposed to.

I'm in Upper Marlboro 10 minutes from Fed Ex field, 5 minutes from Six Flags and 5 minutes from PG Community College.

Why did you remove the fuse panel to get the engine out? The engine harness has nothing to do with the power to the windows.

possibly open up the panels and do it mechanically temporarily...

I didn't. The fuse panel is still intact.

I was considering doing that but it'd be nice to have everything electrical working that should be workable at this point. (after reading that i'm not sure it make sense but hopefully it does). I will, if I'm not able to restore power to everything that should have it, apply 12 volts directly to the motors or switches which ever is necessary by sunday evening.

Find the two wires going to the door motors, jump them and attach the wires to your battery. Thats it!

Very true and I'll be doing it in a few minutes... but what about my radio?

I'll admit that I also removed the stock ECU to replace it with an PFC. Maybe a ground down there has something to do with the accessories?

The ECU is short for Engine control unit. The ECU has absolutely nothing at all to do with the accessories. It is only there for engine functions. I do not understand why your lights, windows, etc. do not work. I've never heard of losing the power to the accessories from removing the engine. So long as the battery is hooked up they should all still work just fine. You did check the fuses didn't you?

Is the battery charged?? all the other elec. stuff should be working even if the engine is out.
If you don't find anything else maybe you can run a power lead to the fuseblock under the dash to the fuse for the windows instead of taking the doors apart
