Steve Kan Tuning session/Dyno day August 27-28th

That’s right; Steve is coming back by popular demand. The only problem is Orlando FL is looking to book him for that date too. Steve basically said its first come first serve. As long as I get a few deposits down then we'll be set. Deposits will be $200, with the remaining $150 to be paid the day of tuning.

The fee for a street tune is still the same $350. Everyone will meet at the same location as last time, which is Car Version 2 in Delaware just over the Delaware Memorial bridge.

If we get enough people the tuning will be split into two days. Since Car Version 2 isn't opened on Sunday, the first day will be dedicated to Dyno tuning (which will be $125 per hour) and dyno pulls ($85 for 3 pulls and a printout). Once the dyno tuning is completed that day street tuning will commence. I guess it would make sense to find out who wants street tuning and who wants dyno tuning first.

So who's interested?

I prefer checks or money orders but if you insist...
My pay pal is eplondon3@netscape.net and I'll need $206.50 to cover pay pal fees.

-Dan

P.S.
When you send your deposit please post in this thread what your setup is, or if you don't feel comfortable PM me with it.

im in...

just so you guys know, the sooner you guys commit the more likely this tuning session will happen, we are in the races to send deposits in before the florida crowd to get him for the same weekend.

if we get this weekend, we at least get 1 more weekend of hte summer to enjoy our rides

my motor should handle 30psi+, pulls nice @ 17psi. (25psi+4-16000cc & 2-550 cc+2 fuel pumps, T04s w/stage 3 wheel, 1.0 hot side with steve tuning)= sounds like a good combination TO ME :-)

Sorry Dan
*raises hand for permission*
I got a question, I assume your using that Ground Zero LIM for those extra two extra injectors. How good is that quality of that part first off. Secondly what EFI management are you using. I'm curious if it was a pain to wire in the additional injectors or did you just do it all at once with a haltec or tec III?

Martin, Ray at PFS had offered to make a map for 30psi for me to take to the track. 25psi is not that big of a deal, just keep the A/F under 12. At least that is my basic understanding of it.

so today is the 17th, you guys have 10 days to send deposits in to scrub. we need at least 5 people, not including me.

He can pretty much tune any computer (excluding a few), but the AEM shouldn't be a problem.

BTW, Len...you do not need 4 1600cc injectors to run at 25psi. Upgrading to dual fuel pumps will be sufficient, that setup would be overkill.

Dan - can I ran 850s primary and 1600s secondary for 25psi? I have only one Supra - Nippon Denso pump.

I don't think one pump will flow enough fuel. If you dual pumps hooked up you should be fine.

I may be interested. I am in the process of installing GT35 kit with microtech. I have to see how much progress I make this weekend before I can say I am in for sure.
