Spotted this FD with a carbon fiber hood at the MetroTech Mall in Centreville, Virginia. Nice rims and hood. Been considering buying this hood for my FD but wasn't sure how it would look with the OEM nose and headlights. Not bad, definately worth considering.

Looks like he added the mesh behind the front intake of the hood.

I'm a big fan of the Scoot hood, but IMO too many people have them, i'd look to do something different.

 

It was a treat to see this one. I am sure if the owner saw me he/she was probably quietly saying.."Get away from my car...and what are you taking pictures of?" I have seen a lot of hoods but this is the only one so far that I really like. I gather what will really happen is I will just end up staying with the original hood. Damn, I can't make up my mind. Better to put the money into a single.
