Speed1 closed

I've been going to Speed1 since it opened but have been out of the loop. Are they closed up now? I could only find a body shop that seems to be in the same location (same name, more or less).

Yes, they are closed. IIRC they shut down in October.

I guess Dave was no longer involved with Speed1? The new owner was an ***... Could care less about him and his business, without Dave and the new owner attitude, I would've switched to JPR or Ihor, or Siguel... meant to happen!

They gradually shifted from performance work to body work over the past few years. Dave, who I always thought was a great guy left a while ago. Still tunes now and then from what I hear. Contact me and I would be more than happy to accommodate you.
