So anyways F*CK Montgomery County Cops!

At around 2 am or so, my friend gives me a call saying he needs a ride to his car somewhere, I pick him up to take him to his car, it was at races at River Road, I see 2 cops there they are tagging his car, they ask for my license and registration, the start saying **** like this:

"You ******* dumbasses, what the **** do you think your doing doing drag racing down here, blah blah blah, what do you think your doing you idiot, ******* stupid kids," kept telling me what I did was "BULLSHIT", etc etc.

then he says "I have a photographic memory and if I see your car anywhere around here I'm pulling you over, searching your car, and write you up a ticket for anything, and I will probably make a couple things up, get the **** out of here and dont come back"

******* fat *** older cop was talking to me like that, so now I've decided I'm taking this complete ******* loser to court . Either that or I'm just gonna run around Quince Orchard area in the FD, have a tape recorder in the car and record his bullshit. I'll ******* ruin his career. OR I'll catch him off duty and beat the living dogshit out of him!

It takes some ***** to talk **** to somone bigger than you without a ******* pistol on your side, I'd like to see him pull that ****!

IN CONCLUSION, **** ******* cops, and to those of them trying to make the world a better place "thumbs up for you" and keep doing your job!

and again I'm gonna ******* pwn Montgomery County in the ******* *** for keeping this ******** employed!

yeah, ideally most people like to think that because someone is a cop he is inherently a good guy, and granted, I've known some cool cops that really want to make a difference. but what most people fail to realize is most cops go into the job because it lets them get away with a lot more **** and lets them boss people around. I see cops break more traffic violations in a week than I see normal drivers do (and I drive about 400 miles a week) in a month. Think about the kids you knew when you were little that were the jerks, did some of them become cops??? Do you honestly think that they have changed because they are now cops????

Doug, I'm pretty sure beating up an off-duty cop can still be tried as assulting a police officer. They can give tickets while off-duty, can't they? Plus the prosecution is gonna have a very easy time showing your assult was motivated by the Officer's job, and really...besides all that, no court would let something like this pass by w/o a SEVERE punishment, because it would mean open season on cops after hours.

The tape recorder, however, is a VERY good idea. I need to start carrying one in my car.

Coke, I checked out the website...the driver part was geared more toward commercial (truck) drivers than regular drivers. Can you tell us a bit more about this service? What's the jist of it?

the main thing about it is... that you have a lawyer at your finger tips for any legal situation you can think of. Divorce, New home, contract look overs, etc.. just to name a few.. I normally call to say hi at times.. just to get to know my lawyer.. and if anything comes up i'll call him and he'll take care of it for me.. with no additional charge.. let it be like ya spare tire.. you know its there and is always there incase you may need it.. 24/7...

Thats basically the jist of it all..

Cops SUCK!!! ****** pulled me over last night... doing 56 in a 40.. he give me a warning and says "your driving record is terrible".. i'm like "really?!"... and i pulled off..

I gets my driving record today and the thing is clean.. only thing on it was that i failed to appear in court! on one occation.. with no pts.. so i dont know why in the hell he said that.. ****** made me lose 12 bucks to mva..

I never understand why people say "YES" when a cop asks "can I search your car?"

YOU DON'T HAVE TO APPROVE. You STILL have a right to say no.

I had a discussion about this w/ one of the VA Prosecutors, who was a Fairfax County cop for over 20 years. He told me while you can deny the request, HOW you do so is VERY important. If you do it in a in-your-face manner, you'll **** off the cop, and he's liable to give you a REAL hard time. If you simply say no, you leave the cop uneasy, because he thinks you have something to hide. He said you'd prob want to ask the officer what you did to make him suspicious of you, and state that you're a good person and a good driver, and aren't hiding anything illegal etc. Point is, he was leaning toward letting the officer search. I didn't like that because you're voluntarily giving him a shot at booking you for something - even something minute. But on the flipside, if you do say no, and you **** him off, and he's uneasy, he has the right to bring in the K-9, and have it sniff all around your car. If it thinks it smells something, he no longer needs your permission. And all the while, you're waiting for the K-9 unit to come, then to rummage through your stuff, etc. Basically, he can go out of his way to make you suffer through all this if you come off the wrong foot w/ him. Keep that in mind folks, cuz unless one of YOU has a badge too to protect yourself from BS like this, you gotta play your cards very wisely.

Was this a kinda tall, fat cop with a buzz-cut, kinda sandy blonde and a mustache?
If so, this guy is always mouthing off at every traffic stop.
I've been pulled over by this guy 4 times now (River Road, Quince Orchard, Shady Grove and Travillah) and NONE of the violations have stuck in court.
He doesn't keep good notes and if you continue the date, he will lose his notes, which is an automatic dismissal.

I've always understood that saying no, may open a can of worms as far as the officer is concerned, but for me, it comes down to two things...

1) the only reason he wants to search you or your car is so that he can try to find something to bust you for.

2) my feeling is that all a cop is entitled to is my name nad my id. Everything else is my business. I do not wish to live in a police state. Cops get more bold about abusing people's rights as more 'rights' are given away by people. It can only get worse as long as people don't defend their rights.
